The NürnbergMOBIL app rethinks public transport. It integrates all means of transportation in the region into one app: public transport, the VAG_Rad and VAG Cargo Bike sharing, as well as the e-scooter provider Voi. Thanks to an individually filterable app map, your mobility becomes even more flexible and easier!

Delays, construction, or a broken elevator? Our line info keeps you updated with real-time disruption information. A disruption subscription for your favorite line(s) provides you with current delays and information on days and times of your choice.

You can use many features without registration - for everything else: new app, new account.
For connection information or quick ticket purchase, you don’t need an account. For renting a VAG_Rad and linking subscriptions, a new account is needed.
We are building a single sign-on to continue growing. This is to ensure that other mobility providers can be used with one account in the app.
You can use NürnbergMOBIL throughout the VGN area. However, you will have the best experience in Nuremberg.

The app is continuously being developed, and we inform you about the contents of new versions through the NüMO updates channel. We are constantly working on improving and expanding NürnbergMOBIL. We always welcome further ideas and suggestions - write to us directly in the app under the "Messages" menu item, in the "Feedback on the App" channel.
The VGN app “Timetable & Tickets” is the app of the Verkehrsverbund Großraum Nürnberg, in which VAG is a partner.
Due to the desire to offer a contemporary mobility platform for the urban Nuremberg area, VAG decided to develop NürnbergMOBIL. The app combines traditional public transport services with multimodal offers. Therefore, only in the NüMO app can you rent VAG bikes or Voi e-scooters.
Furthermore, we have integrated typical VAG offers, such as meinabo.vag.de and the line subscription informing about real-time disruptions, in one app and digitized them.
In addition to single tickets, extension tickets, and day tickets, the following season tickets are also available as mobile tickets:
The tickets are available in all price levels of the VGN network area and can be purchased directly or following a connection inquiry with just a few taps. Since April 3, 2023, the Deutschlandticket and discounted ticket are also available in the NürnbergMOBIL app.
In addition to VAG_Rad, Voi complements the in-app micromobility offer for bridging the first and/or last mile. Renting an e-scooter in Nuremberg, Fürth, or Erlangen is done via QR code scanner in the app (renting e-scooters in other cities is not possible). Additionally, all VGN subscription customers (including Deutschlandticket) receive 15 free minutes per month. A regular rental includes a start fee of 0.49€. The price per minute is 0.19€. Free minutes are considered first as usual. The start fee is also payable in the case of free minutes. If the stored credit card or PayPal is selected as the payment method, 5€ is reserved at the start of a rental, as security for the payment provider. After the rental ends, only the amount actually used is billed. An explanation of the respective color-coded zones for Voi is available in the app.

The message center in the app offers various communication channels that, for example, inform about delays on certain lines or establish contact with the NürnbergMOBIL team.
